((NOT my best profile, I'll work on it, I promise.))
Given Name: Deborah Johansan
Mutant Name: None might, most likely Slither or something of the like.
Species: Mutant
Gender: Female
Age: 13
Year in School: Not yet.
Powers: Her slitted yellow eyes should give away her snake-ish abilities. Deb can slowly 'poof' if you will, into a tendrel of smoke most definatly shaped like a serpent. She can move along in this form, and can most definatly use those fangs for biting. The venom? Very toxic. Ike all other snakes, her vemon isn't imediatly deadly. She's no Mamba. It can be treated. And also like other snakes, she can only use up so much vemon. Best to conserve it for emergencies.
The downside to this power is her mind tends to 'go snake' in this form. In other words, sluggish and apathic to most everthing. This tends to slow down the original intent for her shift...no matter what it may be.
The more dangerous side effect is, when injuring in snake form (AKA, stepped on by a boot), Deb automaticly turns human, sustaining the injury she did as smoke...
Though...the chances of her going after someone are slim to none.
Dam: Karen Johansan
Sire: John Johansan
Sibling(s): Only Child
Mate: YOUNG
Crush: Isolated
Personality:
Due to the fact she's been isolated a good long time, Deb is a little rough around the edges. Her parents gave her a basic education, so she isn't really dumb. Quiet by nature, and rather untrusting of anyone other than her parents, it's obvious Deborah hasn't been out of her yard much. She's polite enought, but very candid. The only people she'll really watch what she says is her parents.
She's always been one to whom you can give a tasks, and she'll continue at it obsessively until it's complete. But lately, she's been really restless, and not very happy with her surroundings..as though something is calling.
Appearance:
From behind, a typical looking young girl. About 5' 3'' in hieght with a little below average wieght. She's very much in shape, because of the farm work she does. Long brown hair to the small of her back, usualy braided or bunned. Never wears anything fancy.
From the front, however, people are taken aback. Her eyes are yellow and slitted, exactly like a snakes. She's VERY self consious about them, always trying to aviod showing people. Her face is young, but usualy worried. Deb's not real socialized, and the unkown makes everyone nervous.
Working out in the feilds usualy gives her a nice layer of grit at the end of each day.
History:
It was rather obvious at a young age that the daughter of Karn and John was not a normal child. Those eyes were a dead give away at birth. At age eleven, both excited and scared, Deborah showed her parents "her new trick". Well, that flew like a lead balloon. With only the best intentions for thier child, they kept her at home, never letting her out of the house or its general vasinity. Homeschool was the only answer for the rural family. In a way, they did the right thing. The harrasment of the children would have destroyed what little confidence she had. But by isolating her, it created the complex she had to this day.
Deborah just workds around the farm, animal feeding, weeing, watering, pest control... Yes, Deb does go out in the field and go snake. The fact the snakish inticts take over is no big deal, seeming as though it's easier to eat a field mouse that way...
