Not Enough Books Here...

[Sami]

Sami sighed and flipped another page. She had been here since dawn and it was now noon. She had gone through a few books by now, glancing at the seven spewed across the table. In the beginning, the books were quite interesting and she read them with care, but they all turned boring and she quickly read through them.

At the moment, she was going through a large book called "All About Fires" and was a little fascinated by the large images of fires. She had forgotten why she was reading it though. It was all about forest fires and how they are started. Of course, she did know how fires where started but she was so bored that she didn't care.

There weren't enough good books here...

[Vincent]

Vincent had been walking through the halls, searching for the Library. He had soon did so, and quietly opened the doors. He greeted the librarian with a polite nod and continued on. Books, everywhere, he would surely have fun here.

He soon made his way to the fiction section, grabbed three books, then headed to the social science area. He was happy, there were so many books, he could never get tired of this. As he made his way, he noticed a girl. The library was pretty empty, he didn't even hear anything that indicated people were in there. He shrugged, oh well.

He continued and made his way to a round table, putting all his books down, and picked up the first book he had taken from the fiction area.

[Sami]

She sighed again and put the book on the table, finished. She yawned this time and stared sheepishly. She was terribly bored and couldn't find a good book. Sadly, she stood up and walked over to the science section and happily let out a shout, "A TEXTBOOK ON BIOLOGY!"

She pulled it out and hugged it to her, very happy. She absolutely LOVED that subject and knew she'd kill the boredom with this book. It was pretty big though so she'd have to rent it to read it all and actually understand every last bit of it.

[Vincent]

At this point Vincent couldn't be any happier. He was really enjoying himself in this library. There were only a few people, which meant quiet and peace, also there were tons of books he had yet to read. He somehow learned how to read quickly, he could finish a five hundred page book in an hour and a half or less if he wanted. But he'd hold himself back sometimes.

He was kept reading, not really paying attention to any movement around him.

"A TEXTBOOK ON BIOLOGY!"

Vincent jumped and looked around to see where that voice was coming from. So much for peace and quiet. He found where it came from, and just...glared.

[Sami]

Her smiled soon faded as she felt the tough glare on her back. She turned around to see a male student sitting down reading some book. She gave him a good stare and scoffed at him. Yes, she was happy so she made noise. Like it mattered. The librarian didn't do anything so why does he think he could?

"Got a problem?" she growled, setting the textbook down on the table.

[Vincent]

Oh great, he did not want to start a fight. Yes he did start it, he was the person that glared at her, he was the person who had to do something about nothing. He sighed, he shouldn't have glared, he knew it was wrong. He looked up at her.

"No...sorry," He said and continued reading his book. This was not how he wanted to start off the school year. He kept reading, hoping that no one else would do or say anything to him.

[Sami]

She was even more angry now then before for some reason. She seriously wanted to throw a fire ball at him but resisted for one reason: the books. She wouldn't hurt them no matter how much she wanted to hurt him. She sighed calmly and decided to leave it be. She picked up her book and sat back down and opened it.

It became quiet on more quickly but she felt the need to hit him or something. Her temper was indeed a terrible thing and she hated it. But there was absolutely nothing she could do...

[Vincent]

Vincent just sat there, then sighed. He wasn't in the mood, he apologizes, and yet she still looked at him with an expression that implied that she wanted to get him in some way, which sort of made him unnerved. He just sighed again and continued reading his book.

After reading the book, he was annoyed. The ending was so cliched that he just wanted to throw the book far across the room, but of course, he didn't. He got up, and went back to that section. He put the book back in the correct place. He tripped over a book that was lying down, and almost hit a shelf. Quickly he went through the shelf and pushed himself back up.

"Damn," He cursed, very annoyed. Why was the book there, where did that book come from. He picked it up and also put it back where it was supposed to be. He was frustrated at this point, and noisly sat down in his seat. He was not in a great mood anymore.

[[-sigh- just ruff him up...he doesn't start up conversations...>.> He is a tard.]]

[Sami]

She had decided to leave him alone at first but something caught her eye. As he returned his book, he seemed frustrated. Maybe it was her fault but at the moment she didn't care. She only watched as he place the book in it's proper place and headed back. As she was about to look away, he...tripped.

She tried not to laugh but in the end of it, began giggling madly. It was funny to her, to see him stumble. She only covered her mouth and continued reading with a light, "Clumsy idiot" being uttered.

[Vincent]

He sat down, he took a deep breath and tried to calm down. All of a sudden, he heard....giggling. He noticed it had been that same girl. Now he was angry. He usually was a very calm person but it seems that everyone has their bad days. He just glared at her.

"Clumsy idiot"

He just blew a fuse. He stood up and just stared. He didn't want to say anything that he might regret. He didn't want to come off worse than he had now. He sighed again, took a deep breath, then sat back down, just...sitting there, just thinking on what to do next. Should he leave, or just deal with the fact one person think he is an idiot.

[Sami]

A deep growl emitted from her throat as he stood up. She was so ready for him to come at her. She'd easily overcome him of course. She may be just a 'scrawny girl' but she knew very well how to handle herself.

She watched as he sat down though. Her muscles becamse less tensed and she watched him angrily. Cocking an eyebrow she let out a, "Hmph."

[Vincent]

"Hmph."That's it. Vincent snapped. He had finally...just snapped. "What is your problem? Look, I know what I did, when I glared, was wrong, that's why I stayed quiet, but what is your problem now?" He said, not yelled, just said.

He was tired of it, if she did anything he would leave. He was frustrated as is and now he was just worse. He just looked her way then went back to reading, if she said anything he would look back up, but at this point he was to angry to look at her.

[Sami]

She popped herself on an lbow, smiling impishly now. She had done it, cracked the heavy outer shell he held on the outside. She was damned happy too, it had just about her day.

Sighing, she stood up, "I don't like you," she said quite bluntly and began walking out of the Library. She checked out her before before hand and looked back at the boy, "If you weren't such a grumpy kid, maybe this wouldn't happen," her voice was sharp, with stabbing words.

[Vincent]

"I don't like you."

He heard her speak and looked up. Why...why did she hate him, what did he do. He was all in all confused. He hadn't really done anything, even after he glared he apologized, what the hell was her problem. He sighed as he noticed her checkout her book.

"If you weren't such a grumpy kid, maybe this wouldn't happen."

That was it. When had he been grumpy. He seriously wondered what the hell was with her. " When was I grumpy?" He asked annoyed, " I was never grumpy."

[Sami]

She sighed once again, a little depressed by him. She turned to him, facing him head on now, "You...aren't very social are you?" she said a bit annoyed herself, "I mean listen to you. You sound like you just want everyone to shut up so you can be happy. Well, it doesn't work like that, sorry."

She was about to turn away but didn't. She could go on about how dull he was but decided to say something a bit positive, "You shhould really try making some friends and coming out of that damned shell."
