Two Worlds

[Kaylii]

“Hello Kaylii...” whispered a calm voice into her ear, the lips almost touching her skin. But, however calm, soothing, or as quiet as the voice was, it still sent shivers up the elf’s spine. The tip of her pointy ears felt chilled, her hands becoming numb as the owner of the hand turned her around.

Whatever thoughts Kaylii had on what this supposedly insane creature was, the horrific images that used to flashed through her mind, was erased completely as she stared at him blankly. She was dumbfounded. No, it couldn’t be!
“A wood elf?” she exclaimed, her voice as raspy as nails on a chalkboard. The elf in front of her smiled, the skin on either side of his lips bending and twisting in the most insane way. His hair was long and perfect straight, starting off from a soft shade of light yellow, then somehow changed to orange, then darker and darker until the ends were a deep red. His eyes were what shocked her the most. The mirrored her own, a mismatch of green and purple, but opposite in sides.

“You’re Geminite?” uttered her raspy voice. The elf nodded his head. With his hand still clutched tightly on her shoulder, he moved around her, his smiled never fading. Kaylii could feel herself shaking, not understanding the situation at all yet feeling completely terrified of this encounter.
“I don’t understand.” she whispered hoarsely. “You’re a wood elf, why would you threaten your own kind?” Geminite laughed, his sickening dark voice filling her ears.


Two Worlds is based off the story of Kaylii, A Druid's Tale. However, I'm redoing a few things. In the book, the villains (Geminite, Jayce, Jaqueline, and Hiran(though he isn't in the book)) had died in the end, along with Kaylii.

Geminite was actually the first wood elf to recieve magic, not Kaylii. He had gone insane with the power, and was kicked out from the tribe. It was why Kaylii was distrusted and shunned at first when she showed the signs of magic, because the elves were afraid she would try to kill them all as well.

Geminite traveled over to the Darker Ends of the World, and made himself some lackeys. Jayce, a dark elf who hss the rare dark mage abilities. Jaqueline, a Vaah Shiir who seeked power and riches, and a strong set of claws that were worthy in Geminite's eyes. Hiran, one of the only Vampire Ancient's that remains on the world. His knowledge of the world and bloodlust intrigued Geminite.

The Wood Elf has had his powers for so long, and he's become so twisted, that his wolf form is now a wolf demon. It grows into one of a huge wolf that is able to walk on hind legs, with horns protruding from the head. The Darker beings were scared silly from the druid's abilities, and are now under the madelf's control.

He is now trying to cause a war against the Lighter Beings, and to destroy Kaylii and her people. The World is slowly dying, things are crumbling underneathe the Light Being's feet. They must fight Geminite soon, or all with perish. For if they don't fight, Light will die, and there can be no Light without Dark....

The Mutual sense the dangers that lie ahead, and have secretly been planning in case the war does break out. The half elves are making swords of every kind imaginable, the Vaah Shiir and Dragin Halflings seeking help from the humans..
