Powers: Healing. Drawback is though, is that she can't heal herself, only other people. She is also able to draw out this weapon when in battle. She likes to call it a dark ember, and it is able to temporarily blind (about 30 seconds worth) one opponent at a time.
Personality: She is a rather stubborn person. It's her way or you're dead meat. Her attitude is also very high on the scale. Do not tick her off, you'll end up being blinded as she gives you a good kick. But, she loves the kids at the school, and she'll always defend them, even if they do tick her off.
Her soft spot is nature. She loves being outside and hiking. You'll probably see her outside in the gardens mostly unless she is with the students. Even then she'll probably find some excuse to go outside with them.
Appearance: Her hair is a pure red and very spikey. It slants off her face, going no longer past her neck. Her eyes are mismatched. The left eye is purple and the right is green. Her skin is a light brown, tanned from always being outside.
Her clothes consist (so far) of a mulitcolored shirt of different shades of green. Her pants are a light soft brown, complete with high heeled brown boots. She had long gloves of dark brown, the same as her boots.
History: Kaylii learned of her odd healing powers when she was young. One day, during play with her only friend, they both slipped down a hill, the little boy scratching his legs as he kept her from injury at the fall. Kaylii clutched over his unconscious form, crying as she tried to wake him up. Her hands suddenly started to glow, and the blood and scratches on the boy's legs healed. She had no idea what to do, scared of the power she had. She never told the boy about it. She started to become distant from him and her mother. She feared they would hate her like everyone else because of her mutant abilities. As soon as she neared a high enough age, she left home and went to the academy.
As a student, the teachers helped her control and use the healing power properly. She was able to help others all the time. For once in her life others came to her, unafraid, with smiles on their faces. Kaylii was so happy to find a home that would take her in, to help others and feel welcome around people for once.
Later on, during the battles, she had come close to a teacher who is no longer there. She was there in case on of them got hurt and needed her healing abilities. She watched them fight other mutants, who seemed to be threatened by the school. Why, she never knew. But she felt so defenseless as she watched them fight, seeing that she didn't know how to help them at all. She then became angry with herself that she was so weak, a new feeling she hadn't felt in a long time. Then, out of nowhere, she felt something heavy on her hands. Glancing down, she saw a weapon of black, three spikes at the end, and in the middle of the spikes, lay a black ember with purple swirls. Without thinking, she rushed into battle, and soon found out this weapon which she now calls the dark ember, was able to blind opponents for a short amount of time.
She has graduated from the academy for a long while now.Is now teaching English. She has dedicated her life to helping other mutants and raise their confidences as other mutants in the past have done for her.
