Given Name: Scotland Lynch AKA Scottie
Mutant Name: Project (like projector)
Species: Mutant
Gender:Male
Age: 27
Year in School: History/Social Studies Teacher
Powers: Scotland Lynch can project images from his mind into the real world, like holograms. The images are not solid, but they do appear that way. The images come from his eyes and are scaled down. But when he projects them from behind his glasses they are life-sized. Even though he is projecting the images from his eyes can see through them. Projecting images for more than an hour leaves him weak and exhausted, longer than that and he will pass out.
Dam: Donna Lynch
Sire: Devin Lynch
Sibling(s): Samuel, and Sandra
Mate: None
Crush: None
Spawn: NURN!
Personality: Scottie is very quiet and withdrawn. He often be found reading a book on History or Sociology outside on the grounds when he's not teaching. He is very likable and friendly, even if he isn't outgoing. He's very neat, and likes order. He is always calm and collected. He never lets his emotions get to him. If he does then his mutant powers act up and he starts projecting images of how he is feeling. And he feels that is no one's business but his own.
Appearance: 6 foot, medium build, not particularly muscled, but not flabby. Brown eyes, blond hair, boyish face (he always shaves). There is a long scar stretching from above his right eyebrow down the corner of his lip. He sort of looks plain and humble, but he has a dazzling smile (ladies swoon) and is very charming when he tries.
History: He grew up in a little town in Massachusetts . He was one of the top students. His parents were both scholars. His father is now a professor at Harvard. His mother writes books on Humanity. His brother and sister are also involved in academics. He broke from his family, however after college, when he took an interest in Mutant Rights.
As a child he kept his mutant ability to himself, because his parents (as liberal as they like to think they are) believed mutants a threat to Society. Because his ability, like most mutants, is affected by his emotions at a young age he took on the calm cool demeanor he has now. He never screamed and played with kids, or got into fights, or got angry with his parents. He didn't want to lose them and if that meant missing out on being a kid, then so be it.
He graduated high school at 16 and was accepted into Yale. Entering college he became more aware of mutants and their strife. He became active on campus with protesters and activists. And even 'came out' as mutant. He even met his first girlfriend at a rally.
However the Dean at Yale and his parents were not pleased with his actions. He was not expelled due to his extraordinary work in the Social Studies. His parents were not pleased that led to a rift between them. Sadly he never saw them again.
He graduated Yale with a major in History and Sociology. He went back to get his Ph.d in Sociology. He spoke to Congress and the UN numerous times on Human Rights, and Mutant Rights. He came to teach at Xavier's school because of the desire to teach, and to help young mutants, so they won't have to miss out on their childhood, like he did.
