Elizabeth Frend walked idly out of the school, her eyes peering around to see if anything exciting was happening, or if there was anyone near by to talk to. Sadly there wasn't. She let out a soft sigh and walked into the garden, observing the flowers and the butterflies that flew around them. They were really pretty this time of year.
She hated to admit it, but LIz was bored as ever. With her classroom, and dormitory all set up there was nothing to do but wait for classes to start. And there was still a bit of time before then. She needed something to occoupy her free time.
She sat down on a small bench and pulled out her cell phone. No calls from her Mom, or texts at all. Despite her mother's age, she loved technology and texting seemed to thrill her.
Liz's little BlackBerry seemed to shine in the sun. Her elegant finger gently pressed the different buttons until the message said exactly what she meant it to, and then sent the message flying through cyberspace.
With that over, she was still bored, and growing more so with each passing second. Besides, it was becoming quite muggy outside. She got up and started making her way back through the garden.

A break.
Yeah, that was what Clarice desperatly needed. She had been doing random yet useful things that day, but she still needed a break. She wandered the school a bit, not really doing anything. She had nothing better to do.
There had been one place she had never been, which she found weird. The garden, the only reason she had never been there was because she never had the need to. Today, she went to look at it.
When she made it to the garden, she found it was pretty nice. She started making her way deeper into the garden but bumped into someone by accident." Sorry," she muttered.

Elizabeth smiled nicely at the person who had just bumped into her. After all, talking to people was a very good way to beat the boredom monster with a giant turkey leg.... "No problem at all Clarice...." she said politely, the smile still on her lips.
She hadn't spoken to many of the teachers, but as bored as she had been she had looked up all of the teachers, learned their names, what subject they taught, and their powers. She liked to be on the ball, rather than caught off gaurd by a new face. "How goes everything?" she asked, making small talk. It wasn't one of her strong points, but she tired nevertheless.

"No problem at all Clarice...."
Clarice at this point was happy, she wasn't going to get yelled at for being a tard. She knew she should have watched where she was going but at this point, her head started hurting, and she really needed something to do. She looked around for a second, the garden was actually pretty nice, and quiet, seemed like the perfect place for solitude.
"How goes everything?"
Three words popped into her head, three words that explained how she felt perfectly. "Stressful, annoying, and painful. I just haven't been feeling well lately, it's like every other day I get a headache, or something just keeps bugging the crap out of me." She said. She really didn't mean to sound negative, but right now, she wasn't really feeling so well.
"How about you?"

Liz smiled at Clarice as she began to speak. "Stressful, annoying, and painful. I just haven't been feeling well lately, it's like every other day I get a headache, or something just keeps bugging the crap out of me."
Liz laughed softly, she felt sorry for her, Elizabeth hated headaches with a passion, and was sure they were of the devil. "Oh that stinks, I'm sorry. Have you tried taking some asprin or ibeuprofin? Those usually help when I get migranes... I get them quite often sadly." she felt as if a migrane was coming on just talking about them, but she continued to be friendly.
"How about you?"
Elizabeth shrugged. "Bored, bored, and uhm....... well bored pretty much covers it.... I've already gotten all of my arrangements for the beginning of school in order, and my new cabin all set up to my liking, so there isn't much else to do." she sighed. "Before I forget.... Did I interrupt anything between you and Mr. Lynch the other day at Java Junkie? If I did, I'm exceptionally sorry.." she said politely. She wasn't trying to pry into any of Claire's bussiness or anything, she just felt bad, as if she had interrupted something important, and she needed to apologize for it.
