Not to be too much of a bother [though, i probably am.. sorry about that] But if we are a mutant who hasn't been taken to the school yet, do we just post in the City about our character demonstrating their powers, causing trouble, yadayadayada and the headmaster comes, or would you like ust to just have them already found and at the school?

Whatever you want. If you want your character to be found, then post out of the school. Just know that we don't have a headmaster yet...I'll need to find someone to play them.
Don't worry about asking questions...I like answering them.
